After a few setbacks:
1. Simple parts to the home were incomplete leading to the appraiser not being able to finish the appraisal,
2. There was a miscommunication with getting the final-final appraisal ordered.
3. Our new mortgage rep had a window blind come down on her head in the middle of all this and had to go to the ER.
WE ARE HOMEOWNERS!
We finished moving in on Sunday and it is wonderful (except for a few boxes)
Two Men And A Truck did most of our moving and were quick, efficent and most of all CAREFUL! Love them!
Now the fun begins!

Jona I use wordpress.com. It suits my needs. I use the free version and am limited with plug ins. The only problem I have had so far is I can’t post a video but I am still trying. To my knowledge, there are no ads so that helps to speed it up also. Thanks for the comment.
